This feature release introduces diagram templates, enabling users to start from pre-built structures instead of blank canvas, significantly reducing time-to-value for diagram creation.

• New Template System - Added template selection as a new step in the diagram creation wizard. Users can now choose from professionally designed templates or continue with blank canvas. The template gallery displays visual previews with descriptions to help select the right starting point
• Sprint Retrospective Templates - Launched 4 retrospective formats: Standard 4-quadrant layout, Sailboat metaphor for team dynamics visualization, Start-Stop-Continue format with sticky notes for process improvement, and Mad-Sad-Glad template for emotional team health assessment
• User Story Mapping Templates - Added 2 comprehensive templates: E-commerce Journey mapping the complete shopping flow from discovery to support with pre-defined user tasks and release planning, and SaaS Onboarding template covering user activation from trial signup through retention
• Organizational Chart Templates - Introduced 2 structural templates: Startup Structure featuring flat hierarchy typical of early-stage companies, and Department Hierarchy showing traditional corporate structure with multiple management layers
• Mind Map Templates - Released 3 productivity templates: Project Planning with branches for goals, timeline, resources and risks; SWOT Analysis for strategic planning with internal/external factors; and Meeting Agenda for visual meeting structure with time allocation
• Template Architecture - Each template includes pre-positioned elements, example content with guided text, proper relationships and styling, and optimized layouts following best practices.
